An extract of the Fucus vesiculosus algae that stimulates the Heme Oxygenase enzyme, helping to reduce the appearance of dark undereye circles.

Brightening

One of the main causes of dark undereye circles is the buildup of pigmented byproducts of red blood cells, such as heme. Heme can accumulate in the highly vascular area under the eyes, and the skin is so thin that the color shows through. Fucus vesiculosus extract has been shown to stimulate the Heme Oxygenase enzyme, which the body uses to break down heme and clear it away, thus reducing the appearance of dark undereye circles.
